George brings a very unique blend of criminal investigative experience, civil investigation experience as well as direct knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications for police, insurance and business to his courses.

Auto Theft and Vehicle Fraud:

George is the Vice President for the Northeast Chapter of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators and a Certified Vehicle Crime Specialist. In this capacity he consults and provides vehicle theft and auto fraud training in the northeast USA and Eastern Provinces of Canada.

Criminal Investigations & Jury Psychology:

George is a retired Homicide Detective Sgt. who spent 21 years employed by the York City Police in PA. During his career, he investigated over 170 Homicide cases of varying causes and complexity.  He was also one of the primary Certified Voice Stress Examiners for the agency with over 100 examinations logged. George instructed police officers and mentored Detectives in the areas of interview, interrogation, defensive tactics and courtroom psychology. He has debriefed over 300 jurors post-trial for professional research and development.

Artificial Intelligence:

George’s lectures address current criminal and civil trends involving artificial intelligence (AI), as well as AI related liability mitigation. His extensive experience includes in-depth knowledge of how AI can be used to perpetrate a variety of crimes. As an AI practitioner, investigative consultant, and freelance digital marketing specialist, George leverages 11 different AI solutions daily to create videos, images, and documents. He has tested numerous AI platforms to evaluate how criminals could exploit them—examining the prompts, methods, and contexts that enable the creation of fraudulent materials such as fake receipts, counterfeit images, synthetic identities, fraudulent videos, falsified documents, and more. George holds a certificate in AI and Career Empowerment from the University of Maryland, John H. Smith-School of Business. He also holds a professional certificate from the Wharton College of Business in Artificial Intelligence for Business.

Insurance Fraud:

George is currently a Fraud Investigations Manager and Consultant for a Regional Insurance Carrier in Pennsylvania where he has worked for 7 years.

Educational and Engaging:

George is internationally published and has been interviewed on regional television on the unconventional use of magic & psychological illusion as a defensive barrier removal tool in interviews, interrogations and witness interactions. Unsurprisingly, he is also a professional magician and public speaker who performs and speaks at different venues around the US as well as on regional television. He brings his experience as a professional entertainer into his lectures ensuring the learning is fun.
